Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly return the item for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. This applies to purchases made through secretlynursing.com only. Returns must be received 30 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition and in its original packaging. It is the customers responsibility for all shipping charges related to the return. Once the original item is received we will promptly process your refund.
Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange a pattern for a different one as long as the item is received 30 days of purchase in new, unworn/unwashed condition and in its original packaging. Exchanges will be sent out as soon as the returned item is received. Please indicate the new pattern you would like. Note that shipping charges will apply to re-ship out the new product.
For all returns and exchanges please include your name, address, contact info, and the reason for your return.
